PenGuru and on-device A/B activation are planned capabilities, not shipped features. Blocked paths name their dependency: satellite GNSS needs Broadcom BBD/LHD firmware and userspace, WebKit zero-copy needs a DRM/GBM node, and the USB network console needs a newer kernel gadget stack.
