These draft terms describe the basis on which the Nuxel website is offered. They focus on the website and the release-candidate information published here.
Informational purpose
This website describes Nuxel Phone OS, including v0.7.2-beta, supported devices, development practices, and future plans. The content is provided for general information.
Using this site does not create an account, purchase, license, subscription, service-level commitment, or support relationship. No payment is collected here.
Release availability, device support, and roadmap items can change as engineering work progresses. Roadmap entries are targets, not guarantees.
Beta release risk
Nuxel v0.7.2-beta is experimental software. It is not a finished consumer product, and release information may change.
Installing or flashing custom software can damage a device, erase data, affect manufacturer warranties, or leave a phone unable to boot. You are responsible for making backups, confirming that your hardware is compatible, and understanding the recovery steps for your device.
Do not install a build on a device whose loss you cannot accept. Follow the device-specific instructions and verify that a build matches your exact model and codename before flashing.
No warranty
This website and the release information it contains are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. No promise is made that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, complete, or current.
To the extent permitted by law, the project makes no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these draft terms excludes or limits a warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Separate source-code licensing, if configured for the project, governs the software itself and is described on the License page.

This site links to third-party content for convenience, including repositories, community platforms, and release hosts. Nuxel does not control third-party content, availability, or practices.

Intellectual property
The Nuxel name, original penguin artwork, site copy, and brand assets belong to the Nuxel project. Device names, platform names, and other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

Nothing on this site grants a license to use Nuxel or third-party marks except with permission or as permitted by applicable law. Source-code licensing, if configured, is described on the License page.
Changes
These draft terms may be updated as the website or project changes. The current draft is the version published on this page.
If the site begins to offer a different kind of service, these terms should be revised to describe it.
