This page explains the limited data handling of the Nuxel website as it is implemented today: a static informational site with an optional newsletter form.
What this site collects
The Nuxel website is a static informational site. You do not need an account to read it, and there is no sign-in, checkout, or user profile. No payment is collected here.
The website’s own code does not set advertising cookies and does not load an analytics script by default. It does not create a cross-site advertising profile of visitors.
The only visitor-provided information the site accepts is an email address entered into the optional newsletter form, and only when you choose to submit it. Browsing the rest of the site does not require you to provide personal information.
Newsletter
The newsletter form checks the email address format in your browser. Local validation does not transmit the address.
If this deployment has a newsletter endpoint configured, the submitted address is sent to that endpoint solely for Nuxel project updates. The endpoint is operated by a newsletter service or relay, and that operator processes the address under its own privacy policy.
Current status: No newsletter endpoint is configured for this deployment. If you submit the form, the address is validated locally and nothing is transmitted. The form interface says that delivery is unavailable.
Please submit only your own address, and only if you want to receive Nuxel project updates.
Hosting and logs
Nuxel is delivered to your browser as static files by a hosting provider. The provider may process request metadata such as IP address, user agent, requested path, referrer, and timestamp in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse, and diagnose failures.
That processing is governed by the hosting provider’s own privacy policy. No first-party analytics script is loaded by default to read or combine request data.
Log retention periods, access controls, and security measures for hosting data are determined by the hosting provider.

This site may link to third-party destinations, such as software repositories, community platforms, or release hosts. Those destinations are not operated by this website.

You can use this site without submitting an email address. If you do not want an address transmitted, do not submit the newsletter form.

Private contact
A private contact channel is not configured for this deployment. This page cannot offer an email address for privacy questions.
Changes
This draft may be updated as the website changes. When features, configured services, or hosting arrangements change, the published draft should be revised to describe the site as it then operates.
